Requirements

  1. Age 16 years or above
  2. Japanese Elementary Level (Those who have little Japanese studying experience)
  3. Obtain the visa necessary to stay in Japan on your own. (Temporary visitor, etc.)

Procedure

  1. Please submit the application form and settle the tuition by cash or bank transfer.
  2. Online application from ARC Academy website is possible.

*Application will be closed after reaching the class limit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be notified in writing by e-mail, etc.
Please contact us again if you do not hear from us after your cancellation notification. The following regulations shall be applied to cancellations, for whatever reason, before the course begins.　　Cancellation is not acceptable after the course begins. All the commission which is necessary for the refund will be charged.
