Application for School Entry

Application can be done by submission of application forms (as prescribed by the school) including other required documents, and transferring screening fee (30,000 yen).

Notification of the result of Authorization of Resident Eligibility

We will notify the students of the delivery results for "Authorization of Resident Eligibility".

Delivery of "Acceptance Certificate " and "Authorization of Resident Eligibility"

After the school has confirmed school entry fee and lesson fee transfer, we will deliver "School Entry Permission Form" and "Authorization of Resident Eligibility", which are necessary for visa application.

Visa application at Japanese Consulate outside Japan

"School Entry Application Form" and "Authorization of Resident Eligibility" will be used for visa application at Japanese Consulate in your country.
