Course Overview

This is a course to get communication skills for students who want to persue higher study in Japanese graduate schools, universities and vocational schools, and also those who want to get a job in Japan.
The goal of courses is to build enough Japanese skill of students for their academic study.

School Shibuya, Shinjuku, Osaka and Kyoto
*The Shibuya School relocated to Iidabashi in October 2015.
Academic Period 1 Year, 1 year and 3 months, 1 year and 6 months,
1 year and 9 months, 2 years
Entry Period January, April, July, October
Completion Period March, June, September, December
(Shinjuku school and Osaka school's general period: March)
Holiday Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, summer holidays, holidays at the end of each term and holidays specified by the headmaster

Lesson Hours 45 minutes per class, 4 classes per day (3 hours)
Morning Class (Intermediate - Advanced): 9:15 - 12:30
Afternoon Class(Beginners - Elementary): 13:30 - 16:45
Class Your class will be decided by the result of the level check test.
Your overall grade of the term will decide your class for the following term.
part-time jobs Students may work part-time after receiving "permission to engage in activities other than those permitted under the resident status"
Working for 28 hours per week is admitted.
However, working at adult-entertainment business and related jobs are strictly prohibited.

Students will understand basic sentence structures and be able to express opinions, write a short essay, and have a daily conversation.

Equivalent to Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 2
(Approximately 1,000 Kanji)
Students will be able to have daily conversations without any problem. And, they will know more vocabulary including jargon and be able to enter the vocational schools they are interested in.

Equivalent to Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 1
(Approximately 2,000 Kanji)
Students will be able to communicate in Japanese without any problem. Also, they will have enough Japanese skills to take a university’ entry test.
